Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Replacements

  •  Our replacement, return, and refund policies are designed to keep customers first and we always try to deliver the best in class service to our consumers.

  •  The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website, and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

  •  You can call us at +91 75696 34765 or e-mail us at within 7 days from the date of delivery to book an exchange/ return/ refund request.


  • 1. Returns of products are only possible if you can prove that damaged goods have been delivered to you, where the goods during transit might have gotten damaged.

  • 2. If you refuse to accept the Delivery or if the parcel is returned with ‘Return to Origin’ due to the wrong address or your unavailability or your wrong phone number, 20% of the Order Value will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded as soon as the courier company initiates Return To Origin (RTO). 

  • 3. If you gave an incorrect phone number, there is nothing we can do after the product is shipped. There is a very high chance that you will not get your parcel if you give the incorrect phone number.  If the parcel gets delivered to the wrong person due to you giving an incorrect phone number, we will not be liable for the same.

  • 4. Cancellation can only be done before product dispatch. If you make a Cancellation once your order is dispatched or after you receive the delivery, then 20% of the Order Value will be considered as Cancellation Charges. Once we receive the Cancelled Order back, the balance amount will be refunded to you.

  • 5. Refund/Replacement will be initiated in 3-5 working days after your confirmation.
